What’s included in a plan set?
Plan sets typically include all four exterior elevations, a fully dimensioned floor plan, electrical plans with HVAC placements, plumbing plans, and flooring, roof, and foundation plans. Exact sheets vary by plan and are listed on each plan’s page. An engineering stamp isn’t included — the plans are engineering-ready for review by a local structural engineer, and wind/snow loads and truss plans are handled locally.
How are the plans delivered?
Digital plan sets arrive by email as a PDF immediately after purchase, with a license to build one home. Printed 24×36 sets are also available and ship within one business day.
